Flagpoles Etc.'s SOLAR PolePal was designed to fill the space in the market between weak ineffective solar flagpole lighting and the expensive to install/maintain wired flagpole lighting. Our solar flagpole light is specially designed to prevent water from standing on the upward facing light, causing distorting and refracting of the light being emitted. In doing so, we have located the internal circuitry in a way that will allow water to flow freely through the face of the light, through the body, and out the "drain" hole at the back (base) of the light, allowing the Solar PolePal to stay in the rain indefinitely. The extension poles also fit the PolePal - 3 arm mount - allowing the flagpole user to "push" the lights out further from the pole and therefore splash the light towards the flag effectively, lighting a larger area. Lights can be placed facing up to illuminate the flag, down to illuminate the flowers below, or both.

This is a large, heavy-duty, SPOT LED flagpole lighting system specially designed for the proper illumination of flagpoles. This 152 watt cool white LED spot bulb is designed to illuminate your flag, not your entire yard. Our all-in-one lighting kit has universal voltage (120V through 277V) and is equivalent to a 400 watt halogen. This 20 degree spot LED will bring you 50,000 hours of maintenance-free operation. The fixture consists of a die-cast aluminum housing, tempered glass lens, and heat dissipating fins, making it suitable for ground mounted uplighting.

What makes our flagpole lighting unique is providing the customer with a UL listed fixture (rated to be mounted below 4' outdoors) that has the ability to point upward and be directly exposed to the natural elements of nature like rain, snow, ice, sun, bugs. This is why all of our lights come with a heavy duty weatherproof seal and tempered glass, preventing any water from penetrating the fixture or any lens cracking due to heat. In addition to a high quality watertight fixture, it is also very important to use clean white light "spot" shield or bulb. This creates a spot beam of light many feet high to reach your flag with less watts and prevents the rest of your surroundings from being lighted like you would expect from a flood light.
