Shipping Policy & Shipping Times:

 **Please be patient with us, we are experiencing supply chain & labor force shortages while doing our very best to complete orders all over the U.S. as quick as possible**

 

Most Flagpoles ship in approximately 4 to 6 weeks for in stock orders.  Please contact us to verify prior to placing your order to check if your product is in stock or not. Keep in mind you will not be able to cancel your order due to lead time once your order has been processed! 

Components,telescoping and house mount flagpoles, indoor/parade flagpoles, misc. items and flag orders in stock will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once product has been shipped. Keep in mind that transit times vary of course & Flagpoles Etc. is not responsible for the shipping carrier’s delays.

If your flagpole finish consists of anodization, powder coat or epoxy paint, these poles are considered a custom order meaning that they require a MINIMUM of 8-10 weeks to complete to our standards.  At that time flagpole will be properly packaged and shipped.

All shipping dates are an estimate meaning they are not guaranteed to ship or arrive on or before that estimated date.

 ** Flagpoles Etc is Michigan based.  For all western states please plan accordingly and allow for additional freight times on Flagpoles.** 

Please proofread your order carefully. We process orders very quickly, and once an order enters the fulfillment process, we are unable to modify it. Flagpoles Etc. is not responsible for invalid addresses or undeliverable locations. Customer is responsible for the additional handling and shipping fees of inaccurately addressed orders. An additional fee of $20.00 per package ground or economy service and $35.00 processing/return fee plus cost to reship per package for any express shipping service minimum depending upon size and weight.

Canceling & Changing Orders: 

Orders are processed very quickly.  Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, the order may not be able to be canceled.  We will try our best however, if a manufacturing process has begun a refund may not be able to be made.  If the product has already been processed through shipping, you may contact a representative for a return authorization once your order is received.

All canceled/returned orders will be accompanied by a 20% restocking feeas well as a 5%  processing fee except for where prohibited.

 

All custom orders including custom color flagpoles, steel flagpoles, shoe base and tilting shoe base that are manufactured and then cancelled, are non-refundable.  

 

Free Economy Shipping on Components and Flags 

 

Economy Shipping on components and flags is free to most states. Alaska, Hawaii, and states that require additional fees will be applied. Please review when placing your order online or please call.

 

Restrictions:

 Free Economy Shipping DOES NOT apply to flagpoles, wholesale orders, customized products, certain telescoping flagpoles, 8ft Wall Mount flagpoles, galvanized ground sleeves or orders that must be shipped by freight due to quantity/size of items

Flagpoles Etc. does offer an expedited shipping service for an additional fee that is quoted at the time the order is placed. However, keep in mind Flagpoles Etc. is not responsible for shipping carrier’s delays.

Any pole ranging from 30' - 35' may be shipped in either a one-piece or two-piece pole at our discretion. All poles 40' and above will be shipped in 2-4 sections. Delivery location for flagpoles must be semi-truck accessible or customer is responsible for any additional fees or pickup from local terminal.

 

Return Policy

Refusal at Time of Deliver. Products damaged in shipping or with any manufacturer’s defect must be refused at the time of delivery or noted damaged on delivery receipt for replacement.

Authorization for Returns.  All returns must be authorized in advance by seller.  Buyer must receive an RMA number from Seller within 30 days of receipt for components, lights and flags, or the return will not be processed.  Buyer must prepay all freight on authorized returned goods.  Freight damage claims resulting from the return shipment are the responsibility of Buyer.  Return, repair, or replacement of material without prior approval from Seller voids the return.  Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and, if applicable, a 5% credit card processing fee.

 

Flagpoles are an unreturnable item.  All sales final.  

 

Inaccuracy Disclaimer:

From time to time there may be information on our web site or in our product fliers that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Flagpoles Etc. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). On occasion actual flag colors may differ slightly from those pictured on our site. These discrepancies are out of our control, and Flagpoles Etc. will not be held responsible.

 

Customer Responsibility

Always inspect the shaft and boxes that arrive with your order before signing for them to verify if any shipping damage is present. If damage is present, you must note this on the shipping receipt or the trucking company may not be responsible for the damage. If stored indoors, we still suggest removal of all shipping materials (plastic or paper wrapping and shipping tube) if there is any chance moisture will come into contact with the shaft.

 

Remove all wrappings from the shaft and place above ground on saw horses with each end properly protected from scratching with blankets or other means as soon as the shaft is received on site. This will give you a chance to look for concealed damage and any other problems (incorrect pole size or # of pieces) which may need to be corrected. This could save delays and inconveniences if unpacked at the last moment.

 

If left in wrapping/shipping container once received at the job site, Flagpoles Etc or manufacturer will take no responsibility for staining that may occur. Warning Labels are prominently displayed on the wrapping and/or at both ends of the shaft. If you decide to leave the shaft in the wrapping, you do so at the risk of having the pole stain if moisture or water is present. If stored for a long period before installation, we suggest a dry location with low humidity. Even when stored inside, it is best to unwrap the pole and store in an area where damage is unlikely to occur. 

 Acceptance.

Buyer will have 3 days from the date of delivery to notify Seller, in writing and contact a representative at 248-634-7183 of any defects, nonconformance, or rejection of goods. Claims for shipping damage, errors, or shortages must be made in writing and contact a representative at 248-634-7183 to Seller no more than 3 days after receipt of shipment. After this period, Buyer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the product and or services, if not previously accepted. After acceptance, Buyer will have no right to reject the product and or services for any reason or revoke acceptance.

Damage During Shipping. Products damaged in shipping must be refused at the time of delivery or noted damaged on delivery receipt for replacement. Contact Customer Service within 3 days. We will reship your order and file a freight claim for damages. Goods may not be cancelled due to freight damage. We will make every attempt to ship the replacement promptly.

A 5% processing fee applies to any cancelled order, even if it has not yet shipped out, and a 20% restock fee may apply. All custom orders, including custom color flagpoles, shoe base, and tilting shoe base, that are produced and then cancelled are non-refundable.

 


 

 

 

 

 

Product Warranty: HERE

All Solar Lights have a 90 day warranty for manufactures defect.  

If your product fails, we will 1st. troubleshoot with you. If the problem cannot be resolved you may send the product back to be repaired. If it cannot be repaired it will be replaced. customer to pay return postage; Flagpoles Etc will cover postage to ship product back to you.
