As our nation prepares to honor America's 250th Celebration, Flagpoles Etc is proud to announce our "Spirit of America" Essay Contest! We are inviting YOU to nominate a community, business, or individual that truly embodies what our great country stands for — freedom, unity, resilience, and patriotism. Tell us their story and help us celebrate the people and places that make America exceptional.

How to Enter:

• Write an original essay between 250–500 words sharing why your nominee represents the spirit of America.
• Submit your essay by March 15, 2026, to [email protected].
• The winner will be announced on April 15, 2026, across all our social media platforms!

The winning entry will be selected by the Flagpoles Etc staff and will receive a 20' Satin Flagpole with professional installation, completed no later than July 3, 2026 — just in time for Independence Day!
