**Aluminum Flagpoles:** Lifetime Limited Warranty (Structural integrity, material defects,corrosion-resistant)

**Colossal Flagpoles:** 16-Month Limited Warranty (Structural integrity, corrosion resistance)

**Fiberglass Flagpoles:** 20-Year Limited Warranty (Breakage under rated wind conditions,material defects)

**Steel Colossal Flagpoles:** Industry Leading 16 -Month Limited Warranty (Material defects, workmanship)

U.S. & Custom Flags

We stand behind the quality of our flags! While flags are a wearable item subjectto weather and use, we offer a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience anyissues within this period, reach out to us - we are happy to help find a solution.

**Flagpole Balls & Truck Assemblies:** 1-Year Limited Warranty (Material defects, workmanship)

**Halyards & Cleats:** 1-Year Limited Warranty (Material defects, workmanship)

**Hardware (Non-Flag Items):** 1-Year Limited Warranty (Defects in material and workmanshipupon shipment)

Finished Warranties

**Anodized Finish:** 1-Year Limited Warranty (Excessive fading due to normal climatic exposure)

**Powder-Coat Finish:** 1-Year Limited Warranty (Cracking, peeling, excessive fading)

Solar Lights

**1-Year Warranty** (Material defects, workmanship; proper installation required)

**Exclusions:**
- Battery degradation
- Water damage from improper sealing
- Misuse

Coverage
Flagpoles Etc. warrants that its fiberglass flagpoles will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, proper installation, and responsible care.

This limited warranty applies to the flagpole shaft and remains in effect for twenty (20) years fromthe date of the original shipment to the first purchaser. It specifically covers breakage due to highwinds within the rated wind resistance levels as specified by Flagpoles Etc.

Warranty for Accessories & Parts
All accessories and hardware - including but not limited to trucks, finials, ball bearings, halyards,cleats, banner arms, and hinge bases - are covered under a one (1) year limited warranty from thedate of shipment.

Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper Installation: Flagpoles Etc. is not responsible for damage, failure, or accidents resultingfrom incorrect installation.
- Acts of Nature Beyond Rated Wind Resistance: Damage caused by hurricanes, tornadoes,earthquakes, or other natural disasters exceeding the rated wind load specifications.
- Misuse, Neglect, or Alterations: Damage from improper use, modifications, or failure to followmaintenance guidelines.
- Installation or Removal Costs: This warranty does not cover costs related to installation, removal,transportation, labor, or any additional expenses.

Warranty Claims & Remedies
If a defect covered under this warranty arises within the applicable warranty period, Flagpoles Etc.reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
1. Repair the defective part or flagpole, OR
2. Replace the defective part or flagpole, OR
3. Issue a credit for the purchase price of the defective item.

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:
- Notify Flagpoles Etc. in writing within the applicable warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.
- Obtain written authorization from Flagpoles Etc. before returning any materials.

ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIEDWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AREHEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Under no circumstances shall Flagpoles Etc. be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of use, profits, or businessinterruptions).
- Any claims exceeding the original purchase price of the product.
- Any damages arising from conditions outside of the specific warranty coverage stated above.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by state.
