Return & Refund Policy
At Flagpoles Etc, we’re committed to delivering high-quality flagpoles and accessories to elevate your outdoor space. While we stand behind every product we ship, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Below is our full return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
All returns must have prior authorization and an RMA number issued by our team.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a 6% administrative fee.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Custom and made-to-order items (including halyard and personalized items) are non-refundable unless defective.
If your return is due to a quality defect or our shipping error, the restocking and admin fees will be waived, and we’ll cover return shipping.
Flagpole Returns
Flagpoles are considered non-returnable due to their size, shipping cost, and high risk of damage in transit. However, in special cases, a flagpole return may be approved by management if it has not yet shipped or been delivered.
Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser, and a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply for these exceptions.
Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, returns are processed within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after processing. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method, but we may issue a corporate check to reduce transaction fees. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before processing. Contact us as soon as possible at sales@flagpolesetc.com or (248) 634-7183. If the order has already been processed, a minimum 6% cancellation fee will apply. Flagpoles cannot be cancelled once they have entered the manufacturing or shipping process.
Shipping Returns
If you are returning an item due to damage or defect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lost or damaged return shipments may void refund eligibility. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
