Flagpoles Etc ships within the United States only. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on product type, size, and destination.

Shipping Timeframes

Non-flagpole items typically ship within 1–5 business days from order placement.
(This refers to processing time before the order leaves our facility. Transit time is additional.)
Flagpoles are custom, oversized products and ship via freight carrier.
Production and delivery timelines vary by size, finish, and manufacturing schedule and may take several weeks. For more info, see the complete Shipping Policy

Flagpoles ship only after production is complete. Freight transit time begins once the shipment leaves the facility.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location.
Freight shipments may require additional coordination and fees depending on access, location, or special routing.
Shipping estimates may be adjusted if an order contains oversized, freight, or special-handling items. Customers will be contacted if adjustments are required.

Delivery & Carrier Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only. Once an order has shipped, carrier delays are outside our control. Flagpoles Etc. is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, routing, or access restrictions.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and accessible delivery addresses.

Additional fees may apply for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Failed delivery attempts
Restricted or inaccessible delivery locations

Freight Shipments (Flagpoles)

Flagpoles ship via freight and typically require a delivery location capable of receiving a semi-truck.
Customers must inspect freight shipments before signing for delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Failure to note damage at delivery may void the freight claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and cannot always be changed or cancelled once submitted.

Cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a 6% administrative fee.
Custom items and halyards are non-refundable.
